Good causes always get our full backing: we’re supporting Cancer Fund for Children. Our partner charities are nominated by employees so we can build strong partnerships and make a real difference.

Championing female talent

Our Women in Tech group provides training and events, mentoring circles, buddies for maternity returners and mingle networking events. We've continued to promote diversity on our interview panels and are committed to helping women excel at every step of their career journeys.

Sustainability, engagement, awareness

We are passionate about minimising our impact on the environment by encouraging the adoption of sustainable practices and engaging with our peers on how sustainable software engineering concepts can help reduce our carbon emissions.
